Summer events on the Causse
In summer, the Lac du Causse is transformed into a large playground during the day and a theatre in the evening. These services, all free of charge, are provided by the Gaillard Organisers from Brive Tourisme, who run the children's workshops and never lack imagination when it comes to entertaining them! Creative activities, sports sessions, inflatable structures... there's something for all the family!
Activities on the beach
- Every day during the school summer holidays, sports and leisure workshops are organised on the lake beach from 2pm to 6pm: origami, scoubidou making, colouring and modelling clay, as well as beach rugby, volleyball, rugby... lots of team sports to try out with your feet in the sand! There's also a supervised inflatable structure available from 2pm to 6pm.
- At the end of the day, around 7pm, well-being activities are offered: tai-chi, zumba, body balance... in principle, 3 sessions are held each week on the beach, free of charge! The final programme will be published in June.
Thursdays on the Causse
On Thursdays throughout the summer, the Causse is transformed into an open-air theatre! Street theatre, circus companies, fire shows, equestrian shows... the enchantment takes place at the Lac du Causse, where the colours and movements of each evening are reflected. An unmissable free event!
