The Lac du Causse is a natural showcase for the 100% Gaillard region! With 200 hectares of developed land, including 100 hectares of water, the Causse regularly hosts rowing clubs for national and international training courses and competitions.
A well-known and recognised site
Along with the Le Saillant centre, the site has been awarded several labels:
- Pôle Sport Nature: guaranteeing ideal conditions for water and land sports in the heart of unspoilt nature.
- FFCT-approved mountain bike base with pump track and bike park.
- The very recent 2024 Games Preparation Centre for rowing, triathlon, open water swimming and rugby 7-a-side.
A site dedicated to rowing
With 20 years' experience of organising world-renowned and international events, Lac du Causse is an ideal venue for rowing courses. Equipped with a finishing tower, 8 rowing lanes and 9 safety boats, the lake is just a few metres from the 25 Lac du Causse gîtes, offering comfort and convenience to sports enthusiasts!

From the moment you receive your quotation to the day of your departure, the team is 100% dedicated to your needs: on-site catering, full board with adapted menus, guaranteeing you the peace of mind and energy you need for intensive sports activities. Working in tandem with the campsite reception team, the sales department can organise events for up to 200 participants!
